Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of services, websites, applications and fuel-card services offered by A&I Transport Inc under the AI Fuel name (collectively, the “Services”). Using the Services signifies acceptance of these Terms. Consent to receive SMS messages is separate, optional and not a condition of purchasing services.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.

3. Fuel Card Usage

AI Fuel cards are intended for authorized business use by commercial drivers and fleets, for lawful fuel and approved service purchases at participating locations. Applicable card agreements and program rules also apply.

4. Accounts

Users are responsible for protecting account credentials and notifying us about suspected unauthorized use.

5. Fees and Billing

Some services may carry fees. Applicable pricing, billing terms and payment authorizations are governed by the customer's service or card agreement.

6. SMS Messaging Program Terms

Program name: A&I Transport Inc – AI Fuel Notifications.

Program description: With your express consent, A&I Transport Inc may send recurring text messages related to your AI Fuel account, fuel-card services, transaction and account alerts, application status, payment reminders, customer service, and operational updates. Promotional messages, if offered, require separate express consent.

Message frequency varies based on account activity and requests. Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out, reply STOP to any message to cancel future messages from this program. A final opt-out confirmation may be sent. For help, reply HELP or call 831-722-4500.

Consent is voluntary, not a condition of purchase, and cannot be transferred to unrelated businesses or campaigns. We do not send messages on behalf of unrelated affiliates under your AI Fuel consent.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier and network availability.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or violations of these Terms. Users may contact support to request account closure, subject to outstanding obligations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, A&I Transport Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Updates

We may update these Terms by publishing revisions with a new effective date. Changes to SMS consent will not automatically enroll users in new campaigns.
